- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (fine texture)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted, for drizzle)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate (melted, for drizzle)
- Sea salt flakes (for topping)
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Scoop out 1-tbsp sized balls, press a small dent into each, and fill with a dollop of caramel sauce. Close and roll into smooth balls.
- Mix crushed pretzels, graham crackers, and mini white chocolate chips. Roll each ball in this mix.
- Freeze balls for 20–30 minutes to set.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and white chocolate. Top with sea salt flakes.
