  • ½ lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • ½ cup Rotel (drained diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Drain any excess grease. Stir in Rotel and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar.
  3. Unroll crescent dough, spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle, and roll tightly into crescent shapes.
