Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  5. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C / 165°F.
  6. Remove from oven and spoon pan juices generously over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Pound chicken evenly for uniform cooking.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for deeper flavor.
