  • 23 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: grated parmesan or nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Slice cabbage into thick 1-inch rounds, keeping the core intact.
  2. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Garnish with parsley and optional parmesan or nutritional yeast.
  5. Serve hot alongside grilled meats or as a low-carb main dish.
