Soft, sparkly, fruity, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious Raspberry Swirl Sugar Cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Extra sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Make Dough: Whisk dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients.
  2. Create Swirls: Divide dough. Roll each half into a rectangle. Spread jam. Roll up into logs. Chill 1–2 hours.
  3. Slice & Bake: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Slice into rounds, roll edges in sugar. Bake 10–12 minutes.
