- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold & cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- Optional: Vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar for serving
- Mix peaches, raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour fruit mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly, then add milk.
- Drop spoonfuls of topping over the fruit.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar.
