Ingredients
Scale
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate, melted
¼ cup milk chocolate, melted
Mini cookies and candy sprinkles
Instructions
Make the cookie crust: Cream butter with white and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
Bake: Press dough evenly into a greased pizza pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden. Cool completely so the toppings don’t melt.
Decorate: Drizzle melted white and milk chocolate over the cooled cookie. Sprinkle mini cookies, candies, and colorful sprinkles on top.
Slice: Let the chocolate set, then cut into wedges like a pizza.
