1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Prep the vegetables by washing and slicing them evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together and serve.
