- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs, then press firmly into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan.
- Stir pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Spread this over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped pecans evenly over the pumpkin.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden and set. Let cool before slicing.
