Mini Pumpkin Goat Cheese Tartlets are a savory fall snack that combines creamy pumpkin filling with goat cheese and sweet jam, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or 12 mini tartlet shells
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp onion jam or fig jam
  • Fresh thyme leaves (plus sprigs for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin or tartlet tray with puff pastry rounds or use store-bought mini shells.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin purée, cream cheese, egg, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spoon the pumpkin mixture evenly into each shell and bake for 18–20 minutes until centers are set and edges are golden.
  4. Add a dollop of onion or fig jam on top, then crumble goat cheese over each tartlet.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and top with thyme sprigs. Serve warm or at room temperature.
