- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese (dolloped)
- Fresh sage leaves (lightly crisped or fresh)
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Mix pumpkin purée with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the pumpkin mix over each flatbread. Top with mozzarella, sausage, and ricotta.
- Place sage leaves on top and sprinkle with thyme.
