Puff Pastry Christmas Tree Cookies are a festive delight, combining flaky pastry with a creamy filling, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for brushing)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Roll and cut puff pastry into star shapes (3 sizes).
  2. Brush with egg, bake at 375°F for 10–12 min until golden. Cool.
  3. Whip cream, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Stack from large to small, adding cream between layers.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with a decorative star.
