Blueberry white chocolate protein donut holes – a high-protein, gluten-free sweet snack perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (or unsweetened applesauce)
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (plus extra for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add mashed banana, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients.
  3. Fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  4. Roll dough into balls and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
