- 4 small Brie cheese rounds (4–5 oz each)
- 1 cup roasted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fig jam (or fig preserves)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional, for deeper flavor)
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tbsp honey (for extra drizzle)
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh figs (for serving)
- Unwrap the Brie rounds and place them on a tray.
- Finely chop roasted pistachios. Roll each Brie round in the pistachio mixture, gently pressing to coat all sides.
- Spoon a generous dollop of fig jam over the top of each pistachio-coated Brie. Add a splash of balsamic glaze if using.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme over each round and lightly drizzle with honey.
- Serve immediately with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh figs.
