  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans (plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut (optional for topping)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Crackers or veggies, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, green onions, cheddar, pecans, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  2. Scoop the mixture onto a serving plate and form into a ring or wreath shape.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Top with extra crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, toasted coconut, and parsley.
  5. Serve with crackers or crunchy veggie sticks.
