Savory, cheesy, and packed with bold flavors, this Philly Cheesesteak Casserole is an easy and delicious comfort food that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion and bell peppers until softened, about 5–6 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
  3. Add ground beef, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and Worcestershire. Cook 2–3 minutes until creamy.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Garnish with parsley.
