Ingredients
Scale
9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
500g ground beef
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
20–25 slices of beef pepperoni
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan or deep round baking dish.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in marinara, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
To assemble: layer 3 noodles at the base, spread a portion of the meat sauce, add mozzarella, sprinkle Parmesan, and layer beef pepperoni slices. Repeat for two more layers.
Top the final layer with cheese and more pepperoni. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it rest for 10 minutes. Carefully remove from the pan. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
