- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–24 pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Extra marinara sauce for serving
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into 4–5 inch circles.
- Spoon sauce onto one half of each circle, add cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
- Fold dough over into half-moon shape and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
