Easy homemade pepperoni pizza hand pies with flaky crust and melty cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2024 pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Roll out pie crusts and cut into 4–5 inch circles.
  2. Spoon sauce onto one half of each circle, add cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
  3. Fold dough over into half-moon shape and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  4. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Let pies cool slightly before serving.
  • Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in oven for best texture.
