Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • Sesame seeds & green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and toss in the beef. Cook until browned and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
