A delicious campfire dessert mashup combining peanut butter, chocolate, and gooey marshmallows for the ultimate treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (homemade or store-bought)
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup melted chocolate or chocolate spread
  • 1 small chocolate bar, broken into squares
  • Extra chocolate chips (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the cookies in the oven at 300°F for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  2. Toast the marshmallows over a flame or under the broiler until golden brown.
  3. Spread peanut butter on one cookie, drizzle melted chocolate, then add the toasted marshmallow and a chocolate square.
  4. Place another warm cookie on top and press gently.
  5. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt if desired. Serve warm.

Notes
