- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- Optional: white chocolate chips
- Melted peanut butter & white chocolate for drizzling
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, both sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Stir in the melted chocolate mix.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined. Stir in peanut butter and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- While still warm, drizzle melted peanut butter and white chocolate on top.
Notes
- Let cookies cool slightly for a soft center.
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
