A quick and easy no-bake snack featuring rice cakes topped with peanut butter, banana slices, and a drizzle of dark chocolate for a sweet and satisfying energy boost.

  • 2 plain rice cakes (or lightly salted)
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (or chocolate sauce)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly over each rice cake.
  2. Layer banana slices on top of the peanut butter.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave (about 30 seconds, stirring halfway) and drizzle over the banana slices.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt or cinnamon for extra flavor.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 5–10 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

  • Use almond butter as a substitute for peanut butter if preferred.
