- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cook peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla until thick and syrupy.
- Roll out dough, spread peach mixture, and roll up. Slice into thick rolls and place in a greased baking pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, and butter into crumbs and sprinkle over rolls. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 mins until golden.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls. Serve warm.
