A sweet southern twist on classic cinnamon rolls with a gooey peach filling and crumble topping.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  2. Cook peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla until thick and syrupy.
  3. Roll out dough, spread peach mixture, and roll up. Slice into thick rolls and place in a greased baking pan.
  4. Mix flour, sugar, and butter into crumbs and sprinkle over rolls. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 mins until golden.
  5. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls. Serve warm.
