1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup thick caramel sauce (orange colored for Halloween vibes)
9 whole Oreo cookies (or themed Halloween Oreos)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Gently spread over brownie batter.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is just set. Cool completely.
Once cool, spread caramel sauce evenly over the top.
Press an Oreo gently into each square before cutting. Chill for 30 minutes for clean slices.
