No-bake orange-flavored truffles with a creamy texture and bright citrus taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Golden Oreos (36 cookies), crushed into crumbs
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • Zest of 1 large orange (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips (for melting)
  • Optional: orange food coloring or gel (for a more vibrant look)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Crush cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor. Mix with cream cheese, orange zest, and extract until fully combined.
  2. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between. Add orange coloring if desired.
  4. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Sprinkle with extra orange zest or crushed Oreos while wet. Chill for 10 minutes to set.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, ensure cream cheese is fully softened.
  • Use gel food coloring for a more vibrant hue.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
