    • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
    • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Cream Layer:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • For the Orange Layer:
    • 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin
    • 3/4 cup boiling water
    • 3/4 cup cold orange juice
    • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • Topping:
    • Extra whipped topping
    • Orange slices (optional for garnish)
    • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press firmly into a 9×13 pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over chilled crust.
  3. Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then mix in cold orange juice. Let cool slightly. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk, then combine with orange gelatin.
  4. Pour orange-pudding mixture over the cream layer. Smooth it out and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  5. Add dollops of whipped topping, garnish with orange slices, and dust with powdered sugar.
