  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks (about 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is softened.

2️⃣ Add Flour and Seasoning:

  1. Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  2. Mix in smoked paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
