- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss the broccoli and carrot sticks in 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread the carrots and broccoli on a large baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until they’re slightly caramelized and tender.
- While the veggies roast, season the steak with onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for 3–4 minutes until browned on the outside and tender inside.
- Plate the roasted veggies with the juicy steak, and drizzle everything with rich balsamic glaze.
