A quick weeknight dinner idea that packs bold flavor fast with perfectly seared steak and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss the broccoli and carrot sticks in 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the carrots and broccoli on a large baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until they’re slightly caramelized and tender.
  3. While the veggies roast, season the steak with onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for 3–4 minutes until browned on the outside and tender inside.
  5. Plate the roasted veggies with the juicy steak, and drizzle everything with rich balsamic glaze.
