  • 1 cup strawberry sauce or glaze
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crumble or cookie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.
  2. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined square pan or container. Chill 20 minutes to set.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream for a light, airy texture.
  5. Spread half the filling over crust. Layer sliced strawberries.
  6. Add remaining filling and smooth the top.
  7. Spoon strawberry sauce generously over cheesecake, letting it drip down the sides.
  8. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly on top.
  9. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
