Instructions

  1. Make the Stacks: Spread a thick layer of creamy peanut butter between two Ritz crackers and sandwich together.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip and Coat: Use a fork to dip each peanut butter stack into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Tap off the excess.
  4. Add the Sprinkles: While the chocolate is still wet, add festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
  5. Chill to Set: Place stacks on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
