- 1 pre-made chocolate Oreo pie crust
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- ½ tsp peppermint extract (optional)
- Red and green heart sprinkles or Christmas sprinkles
- A few drops of green food coloring
- Red gummy heart (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping and peppermint extract. Add green food coloring.
- Spoon the mixture into your pre-made Oreo crust, spreading evenly.
- Layer more whipped topping on top and scatter red & green sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Add a red gummy heart on top before serving.
