Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers or cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate bars or toffee bits
  • Extra chocolate chunks or crushed cookies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat cream until hot (not boiling), pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour over crust and chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread gently over the chilled chocolate layer.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle chopped candy bars and chocolate chunks. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Cut into squares and serve cold for maximum indulgence!
