Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted & cooled
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks or chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until glossy.
  2. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  4. In a small bowl, mix condensed milk, melted white chocolate, and butter. Chill 15 minutes until slightly thick.
  5. Scoop cookie dough balls. Flatten slightly, add 1 teaspoon cream filling in the center, seal dough around it.
  6. Chill stuffed cookies 20 minutes for thick bakery-style cookies.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake cookies 11–13 minutes until edges are golden but centers stay soft.
  9. Cool 5 minutes — then break one open while warm.

Notes

  • Best eaten WARM
