- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp berry jam, warmed
- Powdered sugar & mint for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll puff pastry, score a 1″ border, prick center, brush with egg.
- Bake 15–18 min until golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until smooth. Whip cream & fold in. Chill 10 min.
- Spread filling inside border. Arrange berries & brush with warm jam.
- Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with mint. Chill before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temp cream cheese for smooth texture.
- Mix berries gently to avoid bruising.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
