Indulge in a flaky and creamy Mixed Berry Cream Tart bursting with fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp berry jam, warmed
  • Powdered sugar & mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll puff pastry, score a 1″ border, prick center, brush with egg.
  2. Bake 15–18 min until golden. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until smooth. Whip cream & fold in. Chill 10 min.
  4. Spread filling inside border. Arrange berries & brush with warm jam.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with mint. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temp cream cheese for smooth texture.
  • Mix berries gently to avoid bruising.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
