  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped fresh spinach or basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Layer the Crockpot Like a Pro: Place chicken breasts into your crockpot and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Pour, Season & Go: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slow Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  4. Shred & Stir: Remove the chicken, shred it, and stir it back in with the Parmesan cheese.
