1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chopped fresh spinach or basil (for garnish)
Instructions
Layer the Crockpot Like a Pro: Place chicken breasts into your crockpot and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
Pour, Season & Go: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Slow Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Shred & Stir: Remove the chicken, shred it, and stir it back in with the Parmesan cheese.
Garnish & Serve in Style: Drizzle with olive oil, top with fresh chopped spinach or basil, and serve hot.
Notes
For added heat, include more red pepper flakes.
