  • 1 large red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt (to taste)

For Serving:

  • Warm flour or corn tortillas
  • Sour cream (guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese (optional))

Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it’s fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor).
