Sweet, tangy mango crumb bars with a buttery crust, creamy layer, and tropical mango filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, melted butter, and egg until crumbly. Press half into a baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.
  4. Heat mango puree, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened. Spread over cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Use fresh mango puree for best flavor.
  • Let bars cool completely before cutting.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
