20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and cooled
1½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Zest of ½ lemon + lemon wedges to serve
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Make the Creamy Lobster Filling: In a bowl, mix lobster meat with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic, lemon zest, and parsley. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Stuff the Shells: Carefully spoon the lobster mixture into each cooked pasta shell, filling generously.
Arrange & Bake: Place the stuffed shells on a baking dish lightly brushed with olive oil or a splash of cream at the bottom. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until warm and bubbly.
Top & Broil: Uncover and broil for 2–3 minutes to lightly brown the tops. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
Garnish & Serve: Finish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
