Lobster Stuffed Shells are a creamy, dreamy seafood pasta bake perfect for impressing at special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and cooled
  • 1½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest of ½ lemon + lemon wedges to serve
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Make the Creamy Lobster Filling: In a bowl, mix lobster meat with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic, lemon zest, and parsley. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  2. Stuff the Shells: Carefully spoon the lobster mixture into each cooked pasta shell, filling generously.
  3. Arrange & Bake: Place the stuffed shells on a baking dish lightly brushed with olive oil or a splash of cream at the bottom. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until warm and bubbly.
  4. Top & Broil: Uncover and broil for 2–3 minutes to lightly brown the tops. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Finish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
