Ingredients
Scale
9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Make the Creamy Seafood Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden. Whisk in flour, then slowly pour in milk and cream. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Stir until smooth.
Cook the Seafood: Add chopped shrimp and lobster into the sauce. Simmer until shrimp turns pink and everything is cooked to tender perfection.
Mix the Ricotta Layer: In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, and parsley.
Assemble the Lasagna: Spread a layer of seafood sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Layer with noodles, ricotta mix, more seafood sauce, and repeat. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake to Golden Glory: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a spicier kick, consider adding more Old Bay seasoning.
