Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread generously onto each bread half.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the garlic bread. Add dollops of mayo if using.
  3. Add chopped lobster meat over the cheesy layer and press lightly to nestle into the cheese.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and broil on high for 4–5 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
