A cheesy, garlicky lobster bake inside crusty bread—perfect as an appetizer or comfort food.

  • 1 large loaf of crusty Italian or French bread
  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out a little of the center. Brush the inside with melted garlic butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic, and lobster.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly inside both bread halves. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and extra Parmesan.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, then broil for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley and chives before slicing and serving hot.
