- 1 large loaf of crusty Italian or French bread
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
- Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out a little of the center. Brush the inside with melted garlic butter.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic, and lobster.
- Spread the mixture evenly inside both bread halves. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and extra Parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, then broil for 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and chives before slicing and serving hot.
