A luxurious take on classic deviled eggs, featuring creamy lobster filling for an elegant appetizer perfect for holidays and special occasions.

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Extra small lobster chunks for topping

Instructions

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl and arrange whites on a serving tray.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gently mix in chopped lobster and chives, keeping some texture.
  4. Spoon or pipe the lobster yolk mixture back into egg whites.
  5. Top each egg with lobster chunks, smoked paprika, and extra chives. Serve chilled.
