A cheesy lobster bread bowl filled with a rich and melty seafood dip, perfect for parties or as a delectable appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 small sourdough bread boules (or large rolls)
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prep the Bread Bowls: Slice off the tops of the boules and scoop out the centers to create space.
  2. Make the Cheesy Lobster Mix: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add lobster meat, cream, and cheeses, stirring until melty.
  3. Stuff the Bread: Spoon the lobster cheese mixture generously into each bread bowl.
  4. Bake to Golden Perfection: Place stuffed bowls on a baking tray and bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve warm.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning to the lobster mix.
  • Pair with a wedge of lemon or a drizzle of extra butter for added richness.
