2 lobster tails (shelled and cooked)
8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup reserved pasta water (if needed)
Instructions
Cook fettuccine until al dente, drain, and set aside. Don’t forget to reserve a bit of pasta water.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic until golden.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, paprika, and pepper. Simmer until it thickens into a silky sauce.
Add cooked lobster chunks and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
Toss in cooked pasta and combine well. Adjust with pasta water for perfect consistency. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
This dish is perfect for special occasions or a gourmet weeknight dinner.
Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
For a richer flavor, consider adding more Parmesan cheese.
