1 lb fettuccine pasta
2 lobster tails (steamed, meat chopped)
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Optional: squeeze of lemon for brightness
1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sauté lobster meat for 2–3 minutes.
3. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.
6. Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
7. Toss in the pasta and lobster, mix to coat.
8. Plate and garnish with parsley and lemon if desired.
Use freshly grated cheeses for best texture.
Add pasta water to adjust sauce thickness if needed.
Don’t overcook the lobster – just heat through.
