Ingredients
Scale
1 (16 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
½ cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a mini muffin tin and press 3–4 tater tots into each cup. Bake for 10 minutes, then use a spoon to press them into a cup shape. Return to oven for another 10 minutes until crispy.
In a pan, warm Alfredo sauce with cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in chopped lobster and a handful of shredded cheese. Heat until creamy and blended.
Spoon lobster Alfredo mixture into each tater tot cup. Sprinkle with a little extra cheese for that bubbly, golden topping.
Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with chopped parsley (and red pepper flakes if you like heat). Serve hot.
