  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup walnut halves or large pieces

Instructions

  1. Cream Butter & Sugar Like a Pro: In a stand mixer, beat cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add Eggs for Rich Cookie Dough: Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Flour Power + Perfect Rise: Mix in cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Chunk It Up: Fold in big chocolate chips and walnut pieces.
