Scale

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Zest + juice of 1 lemon

  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil your pasta until al dente – reserve 1/2 cup of starchy pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear salmon cubes for 2–3 mins per side until lightly golden.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the same skillet. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add drained pasta, Parmesan, and pasta water as needed. Stir well for a creamy texture.
  5. Gently fold in cooked salmon and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Top with lemon wedges and more dill.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
  • Adjust the amount of lemon juice according to your taste preference.
