A creamy and zesty Lemon Dill Salmon Pasta that is perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Zest + juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil your pasta until al dente – reserve 1/2 cup of starchy pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear salmon cubes for 2–3 mins per side until lightly golden.
- Add butter and garlic to the same skillet. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add drained pasta, Parmesan, and pasta water as needed. Stir well for a creamy texture.
- Gently fold in cooked salmon and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Top with lemon wedges and more dill.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice according to your taste preference.
