  • 225g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • ¾ cup lemon curd
  • Lemon zest & slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix crumbs and butter; press lightly into parfait glasses.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Layer: crumbs → cheesecake cream → lemon curd → repeat.
  4. Chill for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream, zest, and a lemon slice.
